Miami Young Republicans was founded in 1981 as the Biscayne Bay Young Republicans. Consistently active for more than three decades, the organization offers South Florida conservatives opportunities to network, get involved in campaigns, interact with local leaders, and debate the issues.

Club alumni include Jeb Bush, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Tom Gallagher, and several state legislators.

The club supports local, state and national campaigns, and regularly partners with the Republican Party of Florida for voter registration drives and community outreach. We are a proud part of the Florida Federation of Young Republicans and the YRNF.

In 2012, we were awarded FFYR Large Club of the Year, Club President Bradley Gerber received FFYR Man of the Year and Special Projects and Outreach Director Sarah Gerber won FFYR Woman of the Year.
